Job Duties
- maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen
- ensure constant supply of clean dishes and smallwares
- adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- monitor dish machine performance for appropriate temperature criteria
- dispose of trash and manage linen bag removal
- work collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment
- support culinary staff as required
