Job Duties
- Delivers an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games
- keeps immediate supervisor informed of significant problems
- uses chemicals properly for safety and cost control
- operates all equipment safely and correctly
- cleans and sanitizes dishware, flatware and glassware
- sorts dishware and flatware carefully
- cleans and sanitizes kitchen pots, pans and utensils
- adheres to company safety and sanitation policies
- handles glassware and dishware carefully to prevent breakage
- empties trash and maintains trash cans
- assists other kitchen staff with pressure relief
- assists with line maintenance and clearing dishes
- assists with prep and banquet items as directed
- cleans and maintains kitchen and dish areas, floors, walls and drains
- maintains kitchen storage areas, cleanliness and stocking
- cleans and maintains all mats
- assists other team members as needed
- fosters a cooperative and harmonious working climate
- maintains friendly and professional appearance
- demonstrates clear communication with guests and team members
- works days, nights and weekends as required
