Job Qualifications

  • previous maintenance experience at a hotel or restaurant preferred

Job Duties

  • Delivers an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games
  • keeps immediate supervisor informed of significant problems
  • uses chemicals properly for safety and cost control
  • operates all equipment safely and correctly
  • cleans and sanitizes dishware, flatware and glassware
  • sorts dishware and flatware carefully
  • cleans and sanitizes kitchen pots, pans and utensils
  • adheres to company safety and sanitation policies
  • handles glassware and dishware carefully to prevent breakage
  • empties trash and maintains trash cans
  • assists other kitchen staff with pressure relief
  • assists with line maintenance and clearing dishes
  • assists with prep and banquet items as directed
  • cleans and maintains kitchen and dish areas, floors, walls and drains
  • maintains kitchen storage areas, cleanliness and stocking
  • cleans and maintains all mats
  • assists other team members as needed
  • fosters a cooperative and harmonious working climate
  • maintains friendly and professional appearance
