Job Duties

Maintain and clean kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils
Wash dishes and pots by hand or in a machine and polish silverware
Sweep, mop, clean the floor, and remove trash to designated areas
Wash work tables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks
Transfer supplies and equipment within and between storage and work areas such as pantry and dish room
Attend work and show up for scheduled shifts on time with sufficient regularity
Perform other assigned duties that may vary depending on business needs and client requirements
