Job Duties
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment according to health and safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area
- Assist with trash disposal and overall kitchen sanitation
- Support dietary staff as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Follow proper infection control and safety procedures
