Job Requirements
- Food Handlers Permit must be obtained within 15 days of employment start date
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in food service or cleaning roles preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- capability to lift and carry heavy items
- willingness to adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- maintain dining room and beverage area in a neat and sanitary condition
- replenish food items and ensure products are stocked to appropriate levels
- properly store food by adhering to food safety policies and procedures
- accurately complete reports, cleaning checklists, and temperature logs
- remove trash from the cafeteria and main kitchen according to schedule
- support food safety and sanitation procedures
