- maintain cleanliness of dishwasher area and kitchen workspace

- collaborate with kitchen and wait staff to meet timely service demands
- follow safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
- handle and dispose of waste according to company standards
- assist with unloading and storing supplies as needed
