Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D preferred
- possession of Level 4 Gaming License
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- ability to write simple correspondence
- ability to perform basic math skills including addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication
- ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
- ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations
- ability to frequently stand, walk, handle objects, reach with hands and arms, talk or hear
- ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- ability to work in a noisy, smoky casino environment
- successful completion of screening for essential job functions

Job Duties
- Ensures compliance to standards set by management in scraping, racking, stacking, and washing of china and glassware
- keeps work area clean and sanitary
- complies with standards of health, safety, and sanitation
- understands the use of proper chemicals on property
- maintains knowledge of sanitation, dishwashing, maintenance, and safety standards
