Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to communicate effectively with others
- Physical capability to remain stationary and show mobility for up to 4 hours
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds frequently
- Comfortable working in hot and damp environments
- Willingness to wear protective hand coverings and face masks throughout shifts
- Ability to use small tools and cleaning equipment
- Willingness to frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap
- Commitment to health, safety, and hygiene policies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or dishwashing is an advantage but not required
- Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively in a team setting
- Demonstrated reliability and strong work ethic
- Capacity to operate dishwashing equipment and perform physical duties
- Commitment to workplace cleanliness and safety standards
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Operate dishwashing machines efficiently and safely
- Assist in general cleaning duties including floors and trash removal
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management
- Follow health and safety protocols during all tasks
- Handle and store cleaning chemicals properly
- Support the kitchen team in maintaining a smooth workflow
