Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older unless local or state regulations apply

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior dishwashing or kitchen experience beneficial but not required
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- good teamwork and communication skills
- basic knowledge of cleaning and sanitation standards
Job Duties
- Wash pots, pans, and other cooking equipment by hand following company approved washing techniques
- maintain clean and sanitized kitchen utensils and service ware to keep restaurant pace
- maintain dish area, equipment, and chemicals
- ensure work area and equipment stay clean throughout shift
- change dish machine chemicals, water, and three compartment sink as needed
- inspect and verify dish machine operates properly and chemical levels are correct
- interact with co-workers in a friendly and thoughtful manner
