Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous dishwashing or kitchen cleaning experience preferred
ability to stand for long periods
physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
reliable and hardworking
ability to follow instructions and work well within a team
availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using manual and automated methods
maintain cleanliness of dishwashing area, sinks, and equipment
ensure proper storage of clean dishes and kitchen tools
assist with trash removal and recycling duties
follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
support kitchen staff with basic cleaning tasks as needed
report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor
