Job Duties
- Operates the dish machine to wash dishes, glasses, cups, trays, silverware, and foodservice equipment
- Ensures all cleaned items meet the service standards required for the dining services program
- Sets up and cleans dish machine area
- checks temperatures and soap dispensing levels
- Pour beverages per resident choice as the residents are seated in the dining room for each meal
- Serve meals in courses, removing soiled dishes from one course before providing the next
- Assist cooking and service staff with cleaning kitchen and service areas
- Deliver food to residents at their tables and/or apartments
- Assess residents satisfaction with menu items
- Provide condiments and other requested items
- Buss tables, change table linens, reset tables following meal service
- Set up tables prior to each meal service
