Job Duties
- wash dishes through the 3-compartment sink and commercial dishwasher
- clean the restaurant including dining and kitchen areas
- manage the restaurant’s trash in accordance with property regulations
- unload deliveries and check incoming shipments
- assist kitchen and service staff as needed
- maintain cleanliness of work environment
- ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards
