- applicable work history and food handlers license required in Texas
- able to lift 30 lbs frequently
- stand/walk 8-12 hours
- submit to a background check
- must be 18 years old
- have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Job Duties
- working as a dishwasher during events
- collect used kitchenware, china, and glassware and load and unload the dishwasher
- hand wash items as necessary
- store cleaned kitchenware, china, and glassware appropriately
- ensure there are enough cleaned dishes at all times especially during peak service time
- remove garbage regularly
- sanitize the kitchen area including the floors
- ensure compliance HACCP within the kitchen areas
- exhibit a teamwork atmosphere
- maintain a flexible schedule and the ability to work a variety of nights/weekends
- ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment
