- current Southern Nevada Health District Food Handler Safety Training Card

- knowledge of hygiene and sanitation practices in healthcare settings
Job Duties
- Proper cleaning and sanitizing of all kitchenware and utensils
- adhere to sanitation and safety standards as per Southern Nevada Health District regulations
- maintain cleanliness in kitchen and food preparation areas
- ensure compliance with hospital hygiene protocols
- demonstrate knowledge and skills appropriate to the age group and needs of patients served
- collaborate with food service and healthcare teams
- report any equipment or safety issues promptly
