Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to effectively communicate with others
- Physical ability to perform tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds frequently
- Ability to work in hot and damp environments
- Ability to wear protective hand coverings and face coverings throughout the shift
- Ability to frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap

Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of back of house including dishwashing and general utility tasks
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations
- Adhere to health and safety standards including proper use of cleaning supplies and protective equipment
- Assist with lifting and moving kitchen supplies safely
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to sanitation and safety
- Support team efforts to maintain a clean and efficient kitchen environment
