- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in a dishwashing or janitorial role is helpful but not required

Job Duties
- Dispose of all food, waste, and trash in accordance with established Health Department regulations
- clean kitchen equipment, tables, disposals, dishwasher, sinks and counters
- mop kitchen floor and take out trash
- ensure the kitchen area is maintained in a clean and sanitary condition
- follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- support kitchen staff with timely and efficient dishwashing services
- contribute to overall cleanliness and orderliness of the kitchen environment
