Job Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in a related cleaning or housekeeping role
Knowledge of proper sanitation and hygiene standards
Physical ability to perform manual labor tasks
Ability to follow safety procedures and food handling regulations
Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work both independently and within a team

Job Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience as a pot washer, cleaner, or housekeeping attendant preferred
Knowledge of cleaning protocols and chemicals
Proactive, self-organized, and able to manage a substantial workload
Comfortable working independently and in a team environment
Ability to meet strict deadlines and complete tasks on time
Physically able to move, lift, carry, push, or pull items as needed
Flexible with work schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

Wash and sanitize pots, pans, plates, and cookware using dishwashing equipment
Sort and stack clean items per company standards
return items to designated areas
Clean drains and dishwashing machines at the end of each shift
Maintain a clean and sanitary work area at all times
Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations (SSOP)
Report any food safety concerns to a supervisor or the hygiene team
Perform other duties as assigned by management
