Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a related cleaning or housekeeping role
- Knowledge of proper sanitation and hygiene standards
- Physical ability to perform manual labor tasks
- Ability to follow safety procedures and food handling regulations
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a pot washer, cleaner, or housekeeping attendant preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning protocols and chemicals
- Proactive, self-organized, and able to manage a substantial workload
- Comfortable working independently and in a team environment
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and complete tasks on time
- Physically able to move, lift, carry, push, or pull items as needed
- Flexible with work schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Wash and sanitize pots, pans, plates, and cookware using dishwashing equipment
- Sort and stack clean items per company standards
- return items to designated areas
- Clean drains and dishwashing machines at the end of each shift
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work area at all times
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations (SSOP)
- Report any food safety concerns to a supervisor or the hygiene team
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
