Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- work days, nights and/or weekends as required
- work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
- read and write handwritten notes
- lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- move and stand for long periods

- frequently reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous maintenance experience at hotel or restaurant preferred
- ability to clearly communicate with guests and team members
- discipline and self-motivation
- friendly demeanor and ability to work days, nights or weekends as required
- capability to handle physical demands of the job

Job Duties
- deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun
- keep immediate supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters and take corrective action or suggest alternatives
- use all chemicals properly in correct quantities for safety and cost control
- operate all equipment safely and correctly
- clean and sanitize all dishware, flatware and glassware
- sort dishware and flatware to prevent loss or disposal
- clean and sanitize kitchen pots, pans and utensils
- adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies
- handle glassware and dishware carefully to prevent breakage
- empty trash and maintain trash cans
- assist kitchen staff with pressure relief during shifts
- assist with line maintenance, sweeping and clearing dirty dishes
- assist with prep and banquet items as directed
- clean and maintain kitchen, dish areas, floors, walls and drains
- maintain kitchen storage areas and stocking
- clean and maintain all mats
- assist team members as needed
- maintain favorable working relationships to promote a cooperative climate
- be friendly and smile while working shifts
- communicate clearly with guests and team members
- dress according to guidelines, neat and professional at all times
