Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • work days, nights and/or weekends as required
  • work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
  • read and write handwritten notes
  • lift and carry up to 30 pounds
  • move and stand for long periods
  • walk or stand 100% of shift
  • frequently reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous maintenance experience at hotel or restaurant preferred
  • ability to clearly communicate with guests and team members
  • discipline and self-motivation
  • friendly demeanor and ability to work days, nights or weekends as required
  • capability to handle physical demands of the job
  • commitment to safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties

  • deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun
  • keep immediate supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters and take corrective action or suggest alternatives
  • use all chemicals properly in correct quantities for safety and cost control
  • operate all equipment safely and correctly
  • clean and sanitize all dishware, flatware and glassware
  • sort dishware and flatware to prevent loss or disposal
  • clean and sanitize kitchen pots, pans and utensils
  • adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies
  • handle glassware and dishware carefully to prevent breakage
  • empty trash and maintain trash cans
  • assist kitchen staff with pressure relief during shifts
  • assist with line maintenance, sweeping and clearing dirty dishes
  • assist with prep and banquet items as directed
  • clean and maintain kitchen, dish areas, floors, walls and drains
  • maintain kitchen storage areas and stocking
  • clean and maintain all mats
  • assist team members as needed
  • maintain favorable working relationships to promote a cooperative climate
  • be friendly and smile while working shifts
  • communicate clearly with guests and team members
  • dress according to guidelines, neat and professional at all times
