Job Duties
- wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils to ensure they are clean and sanitized
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area
- promptly remove dirty dishes from the kitchen and dining areas
- assist with other kitchen duties as needed, such as cleaning floors and equipment
- follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment
- work efficiently under pressure to keep up with kitchen demands
- collaborate with kitchen and service staff to support overall restaurant operations
