Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Ability to stand and move for up to four hours continuously
- Capability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds safely
- Ability to work in hot and damp conditions
- Possess finger and hand dexterity for using small tools and equipment
- Ability to wear protective hand coverings and face masks throughout entire shift
- Frequent hand washing with disinfecting soap during shift
- Effective communication skills
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and operational standards

- Prior experience in dishwashing or kitchen maintenance preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong communication skills

Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of back of house areas including dishwashing and general cleaning
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Handle cleaning supplies and equipment safely and according to company standards
- Operate dishwashing machinery and manual cleaning tools
- Follow health and safety regulations including wearing protective gear as required
- Assist with general utility tasks throughout the kitchen and restaurant as needed
- Support team members to maintain a positive and efficient work environment
