Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to remain stationary and exert well-paced mobility for periods up to four hours
- ability to safely bend, stoop, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds
- capability to work with disinfectants and wear protective equipment such as gloves and masks throughout entire shifts
- strong communication skills
- able to work effectively as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a dishwasher or similar role is a plus but not required
- ability to communicate effectively with team members
- capable of standing for long periods and performing physically demanding tasks
- comfortable working in fast-paced and sometimes hot environments
- willingness to adhere to safety and hygiene standards
Job Duties
- keep the back of house clean and organized
- operate dishwashing machines and ensure cleanliness of all kitchen utensils and equipment
- support general cleaning tasks including sweeping and mopping floors
- cooperate effectively with kitchen and wait staff to maintain smooth operations
- follow health and safety guidelines and wear protective gear throughout shifts
- lift, carry, and move supplies or equipment up to 50 pounds
- assist with maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management of needed restocks
