Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to effectively communicate with others
- Committed to making an impact
- Ability to remain stationary and maintain mobility for up to four hours
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds safely
- Comfortable working in hot and damp environments
- Ability to wear protective hand coverings and face masks throughout shifts
- Frequent hand washing and use of disinfectants
- Availability to work flexible schedules
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a kitchen or dishwashing role is advantageous but not required
- Ability to communicate clearly with others
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to adhere to health and safety protocols
- Physical ability to perform job duties including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness in the back of house area including kitchen and dishwashing stations
- Operate dishwashing equipment efficiently and safely
- Assist in sorting and organizing dishes, utensils, and kitchen supplies
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Follow health and safety guidelines including proper use of disinfectants and protective coverings
- Support general utility tasks such as waste disposal and occasional food prep assistance
- Ensure the kitchen environment meets company sanitation standards
