Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in a similar dishwashing or kitchen support role preferred
ability to stand for extended periods
capability to lift and move heavy kitchen items safely
basic knowledge of sanitation protocols
reliable attendance and punctuality
ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

ability to follow instructions in English
experience operating dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently
strong time management skills
attention to detail
effective team communication skills
positive attitude toward work environment
previous experience in food service or healthcare kitchen preferred

Job Duties

Maintain cleanliness by washing dishes, pots, pans, and utensils according to cleaning schedules and procedures
set up and operate dishwashing and pot washing equipment properly
distribute and store clean dishes and utensils in designated areas
clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, workstations, and surfaces as scheduled
handle waste management by removing trash and maintaining cleanliness in dishwashing and kitchen areas
