Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality environment is a plus but not required
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain cleanliness standards
- Available to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to handle physically demanding tasks
Job Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Good team player with effective communication skills
- Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety standards
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle dishwasher tasks
- Willingness to perform additional kitchen tasks such as food prep when needed
Job Duties
- Support culinary operations by washing dishes, putting away dish loads and performing other kitchen duties as necessary, including some food prep work
- Assist with receiving of products, stock rotation and general kitchen organization and cleanliness
- Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the kitchen and dishwashing area to ensure work gets completed in the most effective and safest way possible
