Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Wash, store, and stock all plateware, glassware, eating utensils, cups, bowls, pots, pans and other smallwares and equipment to ensure sufficient quantities are on hand and ready to serve guests
  • Assist in spot cleaning floors, carpeting, walls, and other furnishings to maintain a safe and pleasing environment
  • Maintain the highest standards of safety and sanitation in the kitchen and dining areas
  • Communicate effectively with team members to support workflow
  • Collaborate with team in a fast-paced environment to ensure smooth operations
  • Assist in set-up, operation, and cleanup of the interior and exterior of the restaurant
  • Ensure all kitchenware is properly sanitized and organized
