- ability to read, write and follow oral and written directions in English

- passing drug screening, criminal background investigation and reference inquiry

Job Duties
- Washing and sanitizing dishes
- assisting in food preparation and serving
- maintaining clean and sanitary kitchen and dining areas
- checking that plate and hot base lowerator is heated and steam table is properly heated
- ensuring accurate serving portions and food items on each tray before loading to the food cart
- ensuring appropriate serving utensils are used and temperatures are within standards
- ensuring trays are garnished and neatly arranged during tray line and that silverware, cups, and dishes are clean and plate covers are dry
- checking and recording excess or shortage preparation after tray line and discussing with supervisor
