Job Requirements
- no formal education required
- previous experience preferred
- ability to operate dish washing machine and perform floor maintenance
- attention to detail with the ability to follow directions
- team player mindset with minimal supervision ability
- multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- willingness to abide by company policies and procedures
- availability to work Monday to Friday primarily and occasional weekends or holidays
- ability to travel as needed for hotel familiarization and content shoots
Job Qualifications
- previous experience preferred
- advanced knowledge of computer software including Microsoft Office, outlook, and web analytics tools is preferred
- no formal education required
- High School diploma or equivalent desired
- operate dish washing machine, dishwasher handling, floor maintenance
- demonstrate a working knowledge of all property safety and security procedures
- report any unusual occurrences and/or request to Supervisor
- must be able to follow directions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy
- must be a team player with the ability to work under minimal supervision
- must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
Job Duties
- wash pots and pans following A.S.I. guidelines
- maintain a clean work environment in pot washer area
- maintain kitchen area, floors, walls, equipment clean
- maintain clean walk-in coolers
- handle F&B deliveries and re-stock/store food products according to first in/first out guidelines
- help with basic food preparation when all other work is done
- coordinate with Executive Chef/Sous Chef/Supervisor work priorities and provide assistance and perform other duties as requested by management
- attend meetings as required by management
