Job Duties
- ensure all utensils, dishes, glassware, and kitchen equipment are cleaned and sanitized
- maintain cleanliness and organization in the dishwashing area
- monitor dishwashing machines and chemical supplies
- assist kitchen staff as needed with basic food prep tasks
- adhere to safety and sanitation standards and regulations
- communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house teams
- dispose of trash and recycling according to company policies
