Job Duties
- wash, store and rack plateware, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and other smallwares and equipment for the restaurant

- ensure guests and team members have a clean, sanitized and safe environment and equipment
- support kitchen staff by providing clean and sanitized dishware and utensils
- follow all safety procedures and guidelines
- assist with general cleaning duties as needed
