Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in fast-paced restaurant dishwashing or similar role
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment

- Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift, including frequent bending, lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds, and stooping
- Ability to remain positive and productive in a potentially hot or cold work environment
Job Duties
- Set up and stock station with all necessary supplies
- Ensure the availability of clean servicewares by washing dishes, pots, pans, glassware, and flatware according to Hogsalt standards
- Store clean dishes, glasses and equipment appropriately
- Maintain a clean and organized working environment, including machines, appliances, floors, garbage cans, storage areas, etc.
- Clean machines and appliances used in the kitchen, such as pots, pans, mixers, etc.
- Prepare the kitchen for the next shift by cleaning and restocking all kitchen stations with necessary supplies
- Monitor dishwashing machine operation and promptly report any technical or performance issues to leadership
- Support other restaurant staff members by assisting with additional tasks as requested by leadership
