Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work weekday morning shifts
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
- Physical ability to handle cleaning duties including lifting and standing
- Willingness to work as part of a team
- Basic literacy to read labels and instructions

Job Duties
- Maintain and clean kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils
- Wash dishes and pots by hand or in a machine and polish silverware
- Sweep, mop and clean floor, and remove garbage to designated areas
- Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators and meat blocks
- Transfer supplies and equipment within and between storage and work areas such as pantry and dish room
- Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
