Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to communicate effectively with others
- ability to stand and exert mobility for up to four hours
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
- ability to work in hot and damp environments
- ability to wear protective hand and face coverings throughout shift
- ability to use disinfectant cleaning supplies safely
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen setting beneficial but not required
- ability to communicate clearly
- ability to work as part of a team
- strong work ethic and reliability
- willingness to learn and follow instructions
Job Duties
- maintain cleanliness of kitchen utensils and equipment
- sanitize dishes and cooking tools regularly
- assist with general utility tasks in the back of house
- communicate effectively with team members
- work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- follow safety and hygiene protocols including use of protective gear
- handle and lift heavy items safely
