Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- able to communicate effectively with others
- capable of standing and exerting mobility for up to four hours
- able to safely lift up to 50 pounds frequently
- comfortable working in hot and damp environments
- able to wear protective hand coverings, face masks, and use disinfectants throughout shift
- commitment to personal hygiene including frequent hand washing
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in dishwashing or kitchen sanitation is a plus but not required
- ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- strong communication skills
- physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects
- commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
Job Duties
- maintain cleanliness of back-of-house areas including dishwashing and general utility tasks
- operate dishwashing equipment efficiently and safely
- communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
- handle disinfectant cleaning supplies responsibly throughout the shift
- lift, bend, stoop, and perform physical tasks as needed up to 50 pounds
- follow all health, safety, and sanitation procedures
- wear appropriate protective equipment and maintain hygiene standards
