Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to communicate effectively with others
- Physical ability to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Capacity to work under hot and damp conditions
- Willingness to wear protective hand coverings and face masks throughout shifts
- Ability to frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap
- Commitment to following health and safety regulations consistently
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in dishwashing or kitchen sanitation is a plus but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members
- Capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong physical stamina to meet the demands of the role
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of the back of house areas including dishwashing and general sanitation
- Collaborate effectively with team members in a fast-paced environment
- Operate dishwashing equipment and ensure all utensils and kitchenware are sanitized properly
- Adhere to health and safety standards including the use of protective gear
- Assist in general utility tasks as needed to support kitchen operations
- Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members regarding duties and workplace needs
- Follow all company hygiene and safety protocols consistently throughout shifts
