Job Requirements

At least 18 years old
Ability to effectively communicate with others
Capability to remain stationary and exert well-paced mobility for up to four hours
Ability to safely reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
Capacity to work in hot and damp environments
Possession of finger and hand dexterity
Ability to wear protective hand coverings and face masks throughout entire shift
Ability to work with disinfectant cleaning supplies
Frequent hand washing with disinfecting soap throughout shift

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment a plus
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
Commitment to punctuality and reliability
Willingness to learn and take initiative

Job Duties

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and dishwashing areas
Operate dishwashing equipment efficiently
Assist with general utility tasks such as taking out trash and stocking supplies
Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff
Follow safety and hygiene protocols
Support team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Handle washing and drying of dishes, utensils, and cookware
