Job Duties
- Washing and sanitizing dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and kitchen tools
- maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dish area, kitchen, and storage areas
- assisting with trash disposal and general kitchen cleanliness
- supporting chefs and kitchen team with restocking clean items
- ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- performing additional cleaning or prep tasks as directed by kitchen leadership
