- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Washing and sanitizing dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and kitchen tools
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dish area, kitchen, and storage areas
- Assisting with trash disposal and general kitchen cleanliness
- Supporting chefs and kitchen team with restocking clean items
- Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Performing additional cleaning or prep tasks as directed by kitchen leadership
