Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
ability to communicate effectively
capable of standing and moving for extended periods up to four hours
able to lift up to 50 pounds safely
comfortable working in hot and damp environments
willingness to wear protective equipment and use disinfectants throughout shift
commitment to employee health and safety protocols

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
prior experience in dishwashing or kitchen utility roles advantageous but not mandatory
strong communication skills
ability to follow instructions and work well within a team
ability to handle physical demands of the role
commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards

Job Duties

Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and back of house area
operate dishwashing equipment efficiently
sanitize utensils, pots, pans, and kitchenware
assist with general utility tasks such as waste disposal and organizing supplies
adhere to health and safety standards including the use of protective gear
collaborate effectively with kitchen and service staff
maintain a timely workflow to meet the fast-paced demands of the restaurant
