Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- Must possess a valid health card from the Southern Nevada Health District
- Previous experience in dishwashing or related position preferred

- Must possess a valid health card from the Southern Nevada Health District
- Previous experience in dishwashing or related position preferred
Job Duties
- Properly clean, sanitize and store all dishes, glassware, baskets, utensils, pots and pans
- Maintain dish room, dish machine and 3 compartment sinks
- Assist in cleaning other areas of the restaurant as requested
- Ensure compliance with sanitary guidelines as outlined by the Southern Nevada Health District
- Monitor and maintain appropriate water temperatures in dish machine and sinks
- Restock and store kitchen items in proper locations
- Remove garbage, empty boxes and used oil from kitchen
- Keep dish, walk-ins, restrooms and storage areas clean and organized
- Perform additional responsibilities as requested by chef or manager
- Withstand prolonged periods of standing and physical activity
- Tolerate exposure to heat, cold and wet environments
- Transport up to 50 lbs occasionally and up to 35 lbs regularly
