Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in restaurant or hospitality roles preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team

Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dishwashing area and kitchen equipment
- Operate dishwashing machines to clean dishes, utensils, pots, and pans
- Ensure timely removal of dirty dishes and replenishment of clean dishes to support kitchen staff
- Assist in maintaining a safe and organized kitchen environment
- Follow health and safety regulations and company policies regarding hygiene and waste disposal
- Support kitchen staff during peak hours as needed
- Contribute to a positive and respectful workplace culture
