Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in restaurant or hospitality roles preferred
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a team

Job Duties

  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dishwashing area and kitchen equipment
  • Operate dishwashing machines to clean dishes, utensils, pots, and pans
  • Ensure timely removal of dirty dishes and replenishment of clean dishes to support kitchen staff
  • Assist in maintaining a safe and organized kitchen environment
  • Follow health and safety regulations and company policies regarding hygiene and waste disposal
  • Support kitchen staff during peak hours as needed
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful workplace culture
