Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to communicate effectively with others
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to remain on feet and perform repetitive tasks for up to four hours
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in hot and damp environments
- Willingness to wear protective gear and comply with hygiene standards throughout shift

Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of dishware and kitchen utensils according to health standards
- Operate dishwashing equipment efficiently to support kitchen operations
- Assist with general utility tasks such as cleaning floors and disposing of waste
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow
- Adhere to safety and sanitation protocols including use of protective gear
- Handle disinfectants and cleaning supplies safely throughout shifts
- Support kitchen staff during busy periods with additional tasks as needed
