Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to communicate effectively with others

- physical ability to remain stationary or mobile for up to four hours
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
- capacity to work in hot and damp conditions
- ability to wear protective clothing and maintain hygiene practices throughout shift

Job Duties
- maintain cleanliness of kitchenware and utensils
- assist in general cleaning duties throughout the kitchen and dining area

- support smooth back-of-house operations
