Job Duties
- Wash plateware, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and smallwares
- Store and rack cleaned items properly
- Maintain sparkling clean restrooms
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- Support team in maintaining a clean and safe restaurant environment
- Assist with waste disposal and kitchen organization
- Report any maintenance or cleaning issues to management
