Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
- physical stamina to lift heavy items and remain on feet for extended periods
- willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong communication skills
- ability to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant kitchen is a plus but not required
- strong work ethic and ability to stay focused during busy service periods
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for long periods
- dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Job Duties
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment according to health and safety standards
- maintain cleanliness of dish station, kitchen floors, trash areas, and storage areas
- empty trash and recycling bins and maintain proper waste disposal procedures
- assist kitchen team with basic prep tasks as needed
- organize and store clean equipment in designated areas
- follow all sanitation, safety, and food handling guidelines
- work efficiently to meet the needs of the kitchen during high-volume service periods
