Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to execute light lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand in one place for extended periods
  • Comfortable working in a kitchen environment with exposure to heat, steam, fire, noise and cleaning solutions
  • Ability to move with caution and operate in a busy and sometimes loud environment
  • Must have schedule flexibility to work early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • 1+ years experience in high-volume food production environment
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced work environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Schedule flexibility including early mornings, late nights, weekends, holidays
  • Active food handlers certification with the applicable state agency
  • Being a cinephile is a plus

Job Duties

  • Uphold standards of behavior as defined by the companys core values and code of conduct
  • Maintain the highest safety standards and follow all protocols to keep teams and guests healthy
  • Clean, prep, organize and maintain kitchen and dishwashing areas as needed and assigned
  • Ensure all dishes, cutlery, glassware etc are cleaned and sanitized quickly and thoroughly
  • Utilize measuring cups, spoons, scales and other tools required by kitchen protocols for all preparations
  • Follow cleaning schedules, prep-lists, station stocking guides, and other kitchen systems to control food waste and quality
  • Communicate needs, concerns and other points of importance with teammates and managers regularly
  • Support the delivery of food and beverage orders as business dictates
