Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments with potential exposure to dust, fumes, or gases
- Capable of climbing ladders, squatting, kneeling, reaching, grasping, twisting, bending, and folding/unfolding as required
- Able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 lbs occasionally
- Effective communication skills including talking and hearing with sufficient visual acuity
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in a dishwashing or kitchen support role
- Proficient communication skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately
Job Duties
- Operate dishwashing machines and hand wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and glassware
- Ensure items are cleaned, sanitized, and dried before returning to storage
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area, including waste disposal and recycling
- Assist kitchen staff by providing clean and sanitized equipment and utensils
- Help with food preparation tasks and other kitchen duties as assigned by supervisors
- Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and report maintenance issues
- Follow all health and safety guidelines, including proper handling and sanitation procedures
- Participate in regular cleaning tasks such as sweeping and mopping floors and cleaning kitchen appliances
- Assist with organizing and storing kitchen supplies and equipment
- Support fellow employees and contribute to a positive team environment
- Address and resolve member and guest complaints professionally
- Complete additional duties as assigned by management
