Job Requirements
- Ability to speak and hear
- close and distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
- ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
- ability to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 35 lbs and occasionally lift/move 50 lbs

Job Qualifications
- Basic understanding of professional cooking and knife handling skills
- knowledgeable of safety and sanitation kitchen standards
- previous dishwashing experience desired
- professional communication skills required

- ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
- must have problem solving abilities
- be self-motivated, organized, and able to multi-task
Job Duties
- Sets up dish pit station according to cinema kitchen guidelines
- restocks all items as needed throughout the shift
- cleans and maintains station while practicing exceptional safety, sanitation, and organizational skills
- knowledgeable of how to properly use and maintain all equipment in the station
- assists with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of the kitchen
- performs additional responsibilities as required by the Kitchen Manager or Assistant KM at any time
- reports to managers when something is broken or needs repair
