Job Duties
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment including dish washing machine and pot-scrubbing station
- Wash and disinfect kitchen, store room areas, tables, tools, knives, and equipment
- Receive deliveries, store perishables properly, and rotate stock
- Use detergents and sanitizing chemicals in the 3-compartment sink to clean dishes
- Inspect, pull, and stack cleaned items, send soiled items back for re-washing
- Rack and spray all items with hot water to remove food residue
- Sort, soak, wash and re-wash silverware
- Breakdown dirty bus tubs and empty trashcans and dumpster area
- Clean and mop assigned areas
- Dispose of glass and breakdown recyclables in proper containers
- Follow all safety and security policies and report maintenance needs
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with team
- Support team to reach common goals
- Ensure adherence to quality expectations
- Perform physical tasks including lifting objects up to 50 pounds and standing or walking for extended periods
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors
