- Check and maintain kitchen equipment regularly to prevent shortages or disruptions
- Organize and prioritize tasks effectively during high-demand periods
- Stock workstations with necessary equipment and supplies for smooth service
- Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment by assisting team members
- Provide guidance and training to new team members to develop their skills and maintain organizational standards
