Job Duties
- Operate dish-washing machine to properly wash and sanitize all dishes silverware glasses utensils and cooking equipment
- Maintain clean sanitary clutter free and safe environment in food services areas by sweeping mopping and pressure washing floors cleaning and sanitizing dish machine
- Clean production equipment as needed or directed by supervisor
- Maintain or exceed standards of appearance cleanliness hygiene and health standards
- Follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules
- Practice all safety and loss prevention procedures
- Record and maintain documentation for service standards and regulatory compliance
- Assist in receiving of food and non-food supplies
- Work hours from 2 pm to 7 pm
